Project Management

The development of a strong project management organization has been one of the major pillars on which Wescon’s reputation for excellence has been built. Although autonomous in operation, the project management function is tied closely to our sales organization to ensure smooth and timely transition from order receipt to delivery of products and services.

In Wescon, projects are organized on a ‘team’ approach. A Project Manager, the team leader, reports directly to company management, and leads a dedicated project team consisting of the most experienced engineers for the project. The team will include QA manager, design group, project engineering group, testing group and the training engineers.
